well since we only have a 6'er tomorrow....I thought I would put up a few encouraging running quotes as we get ready to hit the 14,16,18's the next 3 weeks..... make sure we all aren't over training I have talked to a few of you and heard great suggestions to do some cross training(biking, swimming, or elliptical) mid-week.
